In order to verify your account, we send you a text message activation code during the signup process.
This code must be entered into the interface to verify your account and stat using EZ Texting.
First, check the phone number displayed and ensure this is your active, mobile phone number.
If you entered an incorrect phone number, or you wish to enter a different mobile phone number, click the the 'Use a different phone number' option on the activation page. You can then enter a new mobile phone number and click the 'Text Me Now' button to send an activation code to the new number you've entered.
If the number you've entered is correct, and you have not received your activation code. You phone may not be able to receive messages from short codes.
As a first step, try texting HELP to 858585.
If you receive the auto-reply from EZ Texting Alerts, you should now be able to receive the activation code, so please click the 'Resend Code' button on the activation page.
If you do not receive an auto-reply, or if you receive an error message you may need to contact your mobile phone provider to ask them to enable short code access for your phone.
