Click on the pop up drawer on the bottom left to expand your credit balance menu.
If you have a plan, this means that you are being billed on either a monthly or yearly basis. The main difference is that plan credits are cheaper than anytime credits. Please note that these credits do not roll over. If you are not on a recurring plan, the balance in this area will remain at 0.
Plans work as a package of credits paired with keywords to increase your account's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan credits are those credits included in your monthly recurring plan purchase.
- Plans renew every 30 days, at which time any unused credits will expire.
- Additional credits needed during the billing period can be purchased at your discounted monthly plan rate.
For example: A plan could include 1,000 credits + 1 keyword for much cheaper rather than buying each item separately or as anytime credits.
Anytime Credits are purchased “a la carte” for 5 cents per credit. These credits can be used at anytime within a 12 month period from the date of purchase. Anytime credits not used within 12 months are expired. Even though anytime credits cost more, they still provide more flexibility in terms of the time you have to use those credits.
If you are on a Pay As You Go plan or need to add more credits to your plan, you can add Anytime Credits. Anytime credits will remain in the account until you have used them all. Or, if you have a recurring plan and run out before your term, you can add more for the same price as your plan credits in this area until the plan credits replenish.
Please note that credits to send MMS messages may cost more depending on your plan.
