Alternate auto-replies can be set-up to be delivered to an opted-in number already existing in your database.
When logged into the account:
1. Click on Keywords --> Settings
2. Click the Enable Alternate Text button below the Auto-Confirmation Text box
3. Update text for alternate auto-reply
4. Click Save
If you ever want to edit or delete an Alternate Reply for a keyword, all you have to do is click the Settings icon for the keyword you wish to update.
