If you have begun sending and receiving messages in your Inbox, you may have noticed that messages are not threaded. This is because there is a 12 hour window in which a contact can respond directly to your message. This time frame is put in place to protect your contacts from opting into the wrong or randomized EZ accounts.
Searching For Inbox Replies
To search for a message(s), click on Inbox on the left panel. Then enter in a word, first name or number to perform a search on the particular message(s) you are trying to find.
Or, expand the inbox by clicking on the Rows per page option at the bottom right to skim through up to 200 messages per page.
Replying To Inbox Messages
To respond to a message, click directly onto the message you would like to respond to:
