Where to View Your Billing Information

If you currently have an account, you can view your pricing plan and renewal date by clicking on My Account > Billing in the upper right corner of your account. You can also view or update your card information here.

Your account credit balance can be found on the bottom left panel of the account.

Where to Find Your Invoices

To locate your invoices, click on the My Account button in the upper right corner.

Invoice information is split by the type of item purchase. Select the item you would like to see invoices for.

Set Up Auto Pay or Billing Notifications

Either notify yourself or set up automatic payments when you reach a low threshold to avoid having any issues with your messages going out.

Billing information will automatically go to the email on file or you can also add additional email addresses.

Go to My Account > Settings to set up either one of these options.

If you would like to print your invoice, click on the transaction. Then right click on the invoice to see the "Print.." option.
