Downgrading your account means that you can either choose a cheaper plan or stop billing on the account.
How to Downgrade the EZ Account
Go to the My Account button and select Billing.
Then, choose Change My Plan:
You will then want to select the Pay & Go option.
What is the Pay & Go Plan?
The Pay & Go plan is a non-recurring service. There will be no renewal charges once your account is in this state. You can use the remainder of your anytime credits whenever you wish
Looking to Cancel?
If you cancel your account, you will lose all contacts in the account as well as any active keywords or textable numbers.
To continue, go to My Account > Billing. Then, select the "Cancel My Account" option.
Please note that you can always return in the future to reactivate a new account.
