Downgrading your account means that you can either choose a cheaper plan or stop billing on the account.
How to Downgrade the EZ Account
Go to the profile button and select Billing.
Then, choose Change My Plan:
You can also remove your card on the Billing page as well.
Looking to Cancel?
If you cancel your account, you will lose any active keywords or textable numbers. However, you will be able to restore your account if you wish to come back at a later date.
To continue, go to My Account > Billing. Then, select the "Cancel My Subscription" option.
