Sync your contacts from Constant Contact to EZ Texting to enhance your communications with both email and text!
Step 1 - Log into your EZ Texting account and go to Tools on the left panel. Then, select Integrations.
Step 2 - Click the Connect button
Step 3 - Confirm that you want to integrate your accounts by clicking the Connect to Constant Contact button.
You will then be taken to the Constant Contact Login window where you will log into your account.
Step 4 - Back in your EZ account, select Settings and choose your integration settings. You can automatically add your Constant Contact list to an existing group or sync manually.
Step 5 - Go back to Overview and select Sync Contacts.
EZ Texting will let you know when the sync is complete. You can also click the Disconnect link if you would like to stop the integration.
If your contacts fail to sync, it is possible that you may have selected the wrong phone column to be synced from your Constant Contact account.
First, double check in your EZ account that you have selected the correct field that you wish to sync from Constant Contact.
Then, log into your Constant Contact account to see what field has the contact's phone number placed.
For example, if the contacts in Constant Contact have their phone numbers added in the "mobile phone number" field, then you will want to make sure that you make the same selection in your EZ Texting account.
In your Constant Contact account, click Contacts, then click on the contact to view details. The field in which the phone number is placed will show. It will either be labeled as Home, Work or Mobile. Depending on which the phone number is labeled, this is the same field that you will want to select in your EZ account.
Click Edit Contact if you wish to change the field in which the contact's phone number is placed.
Once the correct phone number field is correct in Constant Contact, you can return to the Constant Contact Integration page on EZ Texting and Manually Sync that contact. Please note that contacts will automatically sync by default.
This time you should receive a message that the contact has been synced.
