Sync your contacts from Constant Contact to EZ Texting to enhance your communications with both email and text!
Step 1 - Log into your EZ Texting account and go to Tools on the left panel. Then, select Integrations.
Step 2 - Click the Connect button
Step 3 - Confirm that you want to integrate your accounts by clicking the Connect to Constant Contact button.
You will then be taken to the Constant Contact Login window.
Step 4 - Back in your EZ account, select Settings and choose your integration settings. You can automatically add your Constant Contact list to an existing group or sync manually.
Step 5 - Go back to Overview and select Sync Contacts.
EZ Texting will let you know when the sync is complete. You can also click the Disconnect link if you would like to stop the integration.
If your contacts fail to sync, log into your Constant Contact account and select the contact that isn't working, by clicking Contacts>Active then clicking on the name of the contact.
Make sure the contact's has a Home Phone listed (even if it's their mobile phone). This is the number where they will receive texts, and that will sync with your EZ Texting account.
It will look like this when it's done and correct.
Once the Home Phone phone number is correct in Constant Contact, you can return to the Constant Contact Integration page on EZ Texting and Manually Sync that contact.
This time you should receive a message that the contact has been synced.
