Infusionsoft provides many automated marketing tools. One way to make it even more valuable is to incorporate it with EZ Texting so that you can automate text message marketing as well! Now through Zapier, you can automate both platforms at the same time. If Zapier is completely new to you, learn how to get started!
Create or Connect Your Zapier Account
Before you create your automation or sync your Infusionsoft account with EZ Texting, you will need to create an account on Zapier.com which is free to make. If you already have an account, go ahead and login.
Create a Zap
1. Choose your app and event
2. Connect your account
3. Customize your options
4. Test your action step
Give the Zap a name so you can keep track of each function. Then choose the Infusionsoft app if it is not yet selected.
After you have chosen the Infusionsoft app, choose a trigger. This means, what event has to happen in order for an action to be created? For example, if a New Invoice is produced from your Infusionsoft account, you will want something to happen with that new invoice information in your EZ Texting Account.
Then, click Continue to sign into your Infusionsoft account.
Next, choose the action you would like to take place as a result of this trigger. The action in this example could be that you would like EZ Texting to send a text whenever a new invoice is produced for someone's order.
Important: Make sure that you receive appropriate opt in consent from the contacts that are subscribing to your text list.
After you have chosen the action, click Continue to sign into your EZ Texting account.
Once you have customized your options, go ahead and select Test & Continue. Always test your Zaps before turning them on. If you're satisfied with your automation, toggle the Zapier to on.
