A key benefit of EZ Texting’s platform is its ability to produce performance data about texting campaigns. Knowing what works and what doesn’t will help you create more effective campaigns in the future. However, without the right knowledge base, those reports are just empty words and numbers.
Check out this Delivery Report Status breakdown to learn more about how your data from past campaigns can be mined for future success:
Pie graphs: Roll your mouse over the graphs to get a visual breakdown of how your campaign performed. This will tell information like how many texts were successfully delivered, actions taken by your contacts, etc.
Delivered - Device Confirmed: This refers to the text messages that reached your contacts’ phones.
Delivered – Carrier Confirmed: This refers to the text messages that were sent through cell phone service providers’ networks. These numbers do not mean that contacts received, read, or opened the text.
Bounced: A text message that was bounced means the text was rejected by the cell phone service provider. An example of a bounce might be that the carrier is no longer providing service to your contact.
Not Sent – Opted Out:This contact has opted out of receiving text messages from you, but you have not updated your contacts list with this information.
No Action: Your contact read the text but did not do anything further.
Replied: Your contact responded back to your text.
Opted Out: This contact has indicated they no longer wish to receive text messages. Remove them from your list.
