A Voice Broadcast is a pre-recorded sound file that can be sent out in a phone call to any phone number that can receive an inbound phone call. Each voice broadcast requires 2 credits to send per recipient.

Configure campaign settings
Hover over New Message and select Send Voice Message
Choose A Campaign Name - Create a meaningful name to easily identify the voice campaign in your Outbox.
Caller ID - Input the phone number to be displayed to recipients as the caller for the voice message.
Choose Recipients - You can check the box next to the groups you would like to send to. Or, enter the phone number of an individual recipient in 10 digit format with no spaces or symbols (i.e. 6789313113). Multiple recipients can be entered and separated by commaScheduled Delivery
Send Now or Schedule Delivery to queue the voice message.
Click Continue to move the next page.
Attach a sound file
Upload A New File - Select a sound file saved to your computer. Click Continue.
Record Via Phone - Record a new sound file directly on your phone using our platform
Your Files - Choose a previously uploaded or recorded sound file.
Click the Choose link to the right, then Continue.
Review the voice broadcast summary and click Send Voice Message or Schedule Voice Message.
To make changes, click Edit Voice Message.

What Are File Size Requirements?
Voice messages should be a WAV file, recorded in 16 bit mono format with 8 kHz refresh rate, less than 700k in file size and less than 30 seconds in length.
I entered my phone number and clicked "Call Me Now" yet I didn't receive a call.
Our system may be having difficulty dialing your number. Try providing a different number, or contact our support team.
Where can I view my Sent or Scheduled Voice Messages?
Go to your Outbox and select "Voice Messages" in the upper right corner.
Where can I find previously recorded voice files?
When you click on New Message > Send Voice Message, and you create a Campaign Name, Caller ID, choose the Group(s) you want to send a message to, and schedule the time you want to deliver your message, you can click on the green Continue button to reach the next page.
The next step would be to click on Your Files, which is the third tab on the screen titled Choose A Voice File.
Do Voice Messages have delivery rates?
Our system can only confirm that the voice message went out, not whether or not the message was received.
Can I send Voice Messages to Landlines?
EZ Texting Voice will reach both mobile numbers and landlines.
What happens if some of my contacts don't answer the call?
If the recipient does not answer the phone, a message will be left on the voicemail.
How much do voice messages cost?
Each voice campaign costs 5 cents per recipient.
