"How do I or customers opt back in?", "How do members opt back in?", "How do contacts opt back in?"
To re-add opted out contacts to a texting campaign, contacts have to text one of your keywords to the phone number on your account. If you've opted-out yourself, you will also have to do the same thing.
What is a Keyword?
A Keyword is a simple phrase or code that contacts can use to opt into your account directly from their phone.
When you sign up for EZ Texting, you will automatically be assigned to a phone number. All accounts let you have at least one demo keyword that can be used for your contacts (and you) to opt back in to a texting list.
You can find your phone number by clicking on the profile icon in the upper right corner of your account.
Your keyword is also located on the Keywords & Numbers in the left navigation. Demo keywords start with the letters "ez" and are completely free to use.
Once you have located your keyword and the phone number on your account, go ahead and text the keyword from your phone to that phone number.
After you have done so, you should receive an auto-reply back to your phone confirming that you have subscribed.
