If you can't log in to EZ Texting, it means one of the following:
- Wrong Username or Email
- If you do not have access to the email on the account, are you able to contact the owner? For security reasons, we suggest reaching out to the owner of the email on the account to reset the password for you. Or, if you are unable to access the email on file, please call submit a ticket to reset your login.
- Wrong password
- If you can't remember your password information, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page.
- If you have an older account established under a Username, send the password reset link to the Username instead of the email address on file.
- 'Canceled' Account
- If you have a canceled account and would like to reactivate it, please submit a ticket and have the old username or email address ready so we can help you find and reactivate your account. If you are unable to provide this information, please create a new account.
- Failed Activation
- Reach out to us via chat by clicking the help icon on the bottom right, or send us a request.
- Web Browser
- Please make sure you are using an up to date browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox. Both are free to download.
Also, check your email and search for EZ Texting to make sure you haven't received any notifications about the account being canceled.
